Coal City Middle School families - join us TONIGHT from 6–7:30 pm for Back to School Night!

In my 6th–8th grade STEM classroom, I’ve set up hands-on activities from each grade level for students (and parents!) to explore. Come check them out and give them a try:

🚗 8th Grade: Drive the VEX IQ robots designed and built by our 8th graders!
⚡ 7th Grade: Makey Makey circuit boards connected to a space shooter game + piano - Test your skills using conductivity!
🤖 6th Grade: Lego Spike Prime robot that dances to the Super Mario theme song
🌐 All Grades: Spheros rolling around, ready for you to code and control.

Bring your curiosity and stop by to see what STEM is all about this year. I can’t wait to show you what your students will be learning! 💡
