Our varsity girls volleyball team put an exclamation point on an excellent week of senior nights last Friday, as they recognized seven outstanding seniors for their accomplishments on the court and beyond! 🏐

With every dig, set, and spike, these student-athletes have helped strengthen the foundation of volleyball at Clyde-Savannah. Congratulations to Rory Malbone, Bella Smart, Larissa Walters, Alexis Tohafjian, Ali Dobson, Kathryn Cronin, and Taylor Record! 🎉

There were senior nights a plenty last week at Clyde-Savannah, giving us many opportunities to celebrate our senior student-athletes for their contributions over the years! 🤩

At the home meet last Tuesday, the Clyde-Savannah/Lyons Cross Country team celebrated their senior Griffins for all of the miles they've run and the work they did to elevate our program. Congratulations to Zachary Buisch, Arianah Fischette, and Braidan Thomas!🏃‍♀️

Cyde-Savannah welcomed in students and their families for Open House last night! 🏠

The event allowed families to tour our school buildings and experience a typical school day for a Golden Eagle, which included learning our ROCKS values and seeing what projects students are working on right now. 🦅

Several local and regional organizations joined the fun as well to promote their activities in our school community. Some of our elementary students also went home with brand new bikes to ride, courtesy of the bike raffle that was held in the Elementary School gym. 🚲

There was truly something for everyone last night!

Our elementary Golden Eagles had so much fun yesterday learning about fire prevention! 🚒

They got hands-on with real fire-fighting equipment, and even got to spray a fire hose! Thank you to the members of the Clyde Fire Company for stopping by and making fire prevention so engaging for our students.

It's always a bit nerve-wracking to start something new, especially if you're a UPK or Kindergarten student entering school for the first time. We recently caught up with Mrs. Amy Steve, who has been teaching Kindergarten in Clyde-Savannah for over 20 years, to learn more about how she and her fellow staff help our newest Golden Eagles take flight every year! ☺️ 🦅
