🌎🍽️ Our Culinary Arts students took their skills international by creating two incredible dishes:

🥩 Bandeja Paisa – a hearty, flavor-packed classic featuring a variety of savory meats and traditional sides.

🐟 Fried Red Snapper served with creamy coconut rice and crispy fried plantains – a coastal favorite bursting with authentic flavor.

From mastering global cuisines to sharpening hands-on culinary techniques, our students are building the skills needed for success in the kitchen—one delicious dish at a time!

🌭🍦 Student Appreciation Day was a hit this week at the IOT Clovis campus! From hot dogs and chips to cookies and ice cream, it was the perfect way to celebrate our amazing students. Thanks for making IOT such a great place to learn and grow! ❤️

🔥🛠️ From concept to cut to campus! 🛠️🔥

This custom sign at the IOT Clovis campus is the result of the hard work and creativity of two of our Welding students! They designed and fabricated the sign for the opposite end of the campus arch, using stencils and a plasma cutter to bring their vision to life.

Hands-on projects like this help students build real-world skills while creating something the entire campus can enjoy. Great work! 👏
