Fall is here, and so are new connections at IOT!

Our Fall Career Fair brought students and local employers together for a day of networking, conversations, and learning about what comes next.

Students had the chance to meet industry professionals, ask questions, make connections, and put their skills and training front and center.

A big thank you to all of the employers who joined us and took the time to connect with our students. And great job to our IOT students for showing up ready to make an impression!

🥩 Bandeja Paisa – a hearty, flavor-packed classic featuring a variety of savory meats and traditional sides.

🐟 Fried Red Snapper served with creamy coconut rice and crispy fried plantains – a coastal favorite bursting with authentic flavor.

From mastering global cuisines to sharpening hands-on culinary techniques, our students are building the skills needed for success in the kitchen—one delicious dish at a time!
