On Friday, our Panthers showed up and showed OUT at the district track meet! Huge congratulations to our individual 1st place winners:

🥇 5th & 6th Grade Boys Relay
🥇 Brodie Berndt – 100m & 200m
🥇 Major Donald – 800m
🥇 JT Ireland – 400m

With many more incredible individual and relay performances contributing to the team scores, our Panthers brought home some BIG titles:

Our Dry Creek Esports team had an incredible season! In the Super Smash Bros tournament, 64 students from 5 schools competed, and our Panthers placed 1st, 2nd, and 4th in the Top 8, earning the overall team trophy! 🥇🥈

In the Mario Kart tournament, 64 teams from 7 schools raced to the finish, and Dry Creek placed 2nd, 3rd, and 5th in the Top 8, bringing home another team trophy! 🏎️🏁

We are so proud of our Panthers for their teamwork, skill, and sportsmanship! 💙🐾

Another exciting week is happening here at Dry Creek and there is SO much to celebrate! 💙🐾

First, a HUGE congratulations to our incredible Dry Creek Track & Field athletes for an amazing performance at Friday’s Area Qualifier Meet! Our Panthers brought home the title of overall Buchanan Area Champions AND both our boys and girls teams were crowned Area Champions as well! Even more exciting, 40 of our athletes qualified to compete at the District Championship Meet on May 22nd! We are beyond proud of the hard work, determination, and Panther pride our students continue to show. WAY TO GO, PANTHERS! 🎉

Here’s what’s happening this week at the creek:

📚 State Testing continues this week. Our students have been working so hard and showing perseverance every single day! Let’s continue encouraging them to get plenty of rest, eat a good breakfast, and do their best. We believe in you, Panthers!

🤖 Robotics Information Meeting for incoming 4th–6th grade parents will be held on Wednesday! Come learn more about this exciting opportunity for our future innovators and problem-solvers.

🎨🔬 Thursday is one of our favorite events of the year, Arts in the Park & Science Fair! Join us as our talented students showcase their creativity, innovation, and hard work. You won’t want to miss this special evening celebrating the arts and sciences at Dry Creek!

🍿 Friday will be our LAST Snack Bar of the school year! Be sure students bring their snack bar money for one final fun Friday treat!

🍩 Donuts with Grown-Ups tickets are officially on sale now through May 20! Don’t miss this sweet opportunity to make special memories together. 💕
