As ACE members we are improving student access to critical mental health supports. Through their collective bargaining agreement, School Psychologists and Mental Health Service Professionals improved their staffing ratios, creating more time and resources to serve a growing student population and ensure students can access mental health support when they need it. This is the ACE difference!

As CUSD educators, we are building a strong, member-led union with ACE to preserve what we know is working and improve on issues like class size, workload, and having an equal voice in the decisions that impact us and our students.

As part of ACE, we benefit from the support and expertise of the 310,000 educators who organized their own local unions in districts like ours throughout the state. Together, we are building the schools our students deserve.

ACE is a growing group of educators working together to build our union. As educators inside CUSD schools, we know what's working and what can be improved, because we experience it daily alongside our students.

ACE members who are Psychologists and MHSP’s, ASL Interpreters and Signing Aides, and Outdoor School Naturalists have already established their first collective bargaining agreements and are making progress on issues like workload, and fair pay.

As a member-led union, ACE is building transparency and accountability into our organization. We believe that all educators deserve a voice at the bargaining table, and we are proud to have the support of 310,000 educators from districts just like ours throughout the state as part of the California Teachers Association.

We are committed to Clovis students. And we are building a member-led union to ensure our schools and our students receive the resources and support they need to thrive.
