Regarding our Statement to the Board 8/31- At the end of last school year, teachers who took maternity leave last year were told they would not be advancing on our annual salary increase schedule. In an action never before done by previous CUSD administrators, teachers were punished for taking legally provided time to welcome their newborn babies. After the district denied our grievance, TAC is determined to fight for our members and make sure they are honored for their commitment to Cloverdale.
