South Carolina has ended the year with a budget surplus, yet thousands of hardworking families are losing access to child care assistance that allows them to go to work every day.
Parents are being forced to make impossible choices.
Child care centers are struggling to keep their doors open.
Employers are losing reliable workers because families have nowhere safe and affordable for their children.
This isn't just a child care issue. It's a workforce issue. It's an economic issue. And most importantly, it's a family issue.
If your family has been affected by the loss of ABC vouchers, or you believe South Carolina should prioritize working families, now is the time to speak up.
Please scan the QR code on the graphic to find your State Senator and House Representative. Call them. Email them. Tell them your story.
Legislators need to hear directly from the families, teachers, employers, and child care providers living this reality every day.
Our children deserve access to quality early education.
Parents deserve the opportunity to work.
Employers deserve a reliable workforce.
And South Carolina can do better.
Your voice matters. If enough of us speak up, we can make a difference.
