Come help us celebrate Melinda (Lindy)! After 31 yrs in the early education business Lindy is retiring. From Lindy's Lil Ones to The Back 40 Schoolhouse, Melinda has made an impact on so many. Join us in celebrating her retirement on June 13th from 5pm-8pm at The Back 40 Schoolhouse for an open house.

After 31 years in early childhood education, I am officially retiring. Last Thursday was my final day, and my heart is full of gratitude for all the children, families, and memories that have been part of this incredible journey. Thank you to everyone who supported and trusted me over the years. ❤️

Over the next few weeks, I will also be posting and selling toys, crafts, cubbies, and other preschool materials.

The final year at The Back 40 Schoolhouse is off to a wonderful start! Our first week was full of laughter, learning, and lots of outside play. Here's to making this last year truly unforgettable! 🌞📚🍂

Hard to believe I've been in the early education busy for 30 years. 23 years as Lindy"s Little Ones and 7 years as The Back 40 Schoolhouse.

Thank you to the 2024-25 preschool family's for a another great year.
Last night we had our graduation get together and the students took their families on a hike to see their favorite spots.

We have a few spots open this summer and for the 2025-26 preschool year.

Summer spots open for 2 to 12 years old. Only pay for days scheduled. Open Monday-Thursday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Preschool openings Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Choose 1, 2, or 3 days.
