Planning a beginner’s yoga series starting in November… chime in with your ideal time if you think you may participate??? This would be an economical option compared to my 1:1 sessions with the same benefits of being able to ask questions and adapt depending on different body types and abilities. There will also be the added benifit of community connection and diverse conversations around yogic topics.

In addition to new students, this would also be a great place for new yoga teachers, or long time professionals to get back to the basics.

By the end of the series I would love to see my students feeling confident to enter any class and adapt to their personal needs with props.

8 weeks is a great start for your practice as you may feel some positive results from one session, however consistency is key to truly integrate these practices into your daily life.

My thoughts are a weeknight or weekend 🌸 But a lot of my clients book during the days too so just lmk 💕

I think the greatest compliment to these experiences is the amount of women who return 🧘💕 We have rented out all the yurts and will be arranging them sleepover style! There are 3 spots left for the shared accommodations at Windy Goat Acres!!
