There’s a Place for You at MCA!
What do you have to bring to the conversation?
The Mississippi Communication Association welcomes students, educators, researchers, and communication professionals to participate in MCA 2027.
And participation doesn't have to mean presenting a traditional academic paper.
MCA 2027 welcomes research papers and literature reviews, research in progress, panels and roundtables, applied projects, creative and performative work, student speech and debate, and GIFTS—Great Ideas for Teaching Students.
Students are especially encouraged to participate. If you've completed research, a capstone project, creative work, or another communication project you're proud of, MCA gives you an opportunity to take that work beyond the classroom.
MCA is a place to present your work, share ideas, discover new approaches to teaching and communication, build relationships, and learn from one another.
