Last week, our Surgical Technology students had the opportunity to take a field trip and gain valuable knowledge outside of the classroom.

A special thank you to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital for hosting our students and giving them the opportunity to learn and explore! We truly appreciate you taking the time to welcome our students and share your expertise with them.

Our students also put their knowledge and skills to work with hands-on skill checks in our Surgical Technology lab. These opportunities allow students to practice and build confidence in the skills they’ll use throughout their careers. 💙🩺

This event gives current high school students the opportunity to explore SFCC’s Technical Education programs through hands-on activities, demonstrations, and tours of our technical labs.
