Recent research shows that up to 45% of dementia cases can be prevented by addressing risk factors throughout our lives. In this illuminating lecture, Dr. Stephanie Rogers will identify actionable, easy-to-understand steps, like nurturing your friendships, prioritizing physical activity, and caring for your hearing, that meaningfully protect our cognitive health. Whether you are looking to safeguard your own mind or support a loved one, you will learn why it is never too early, or too late, to take action.
This lecture is part of our “Age Well” series, designed to provide valuable insights, expert guidance, and practical tools for navigating the aging journey with confidence. These programs explore key topics related to aging, from health and wellness to planning for the future, offering meaningful perspectives and resources for older adults and caregivers alike.
