Clinton County Development Association Scholarship – A total of $9000 in scholarships are available to students who exhibit good character in their school and community and show financial need. Students must have applied and been accepted to a four year or two year college, or technical school, provide one letter of recommendation, and must write an essay containing approximately 500 words describing why they feel they deserve this scholarship. The essay should include specific examples describing how they have shown characteristics such as honesty, integrity, determination, respect, responsibility, fairness, and/or kindness. Volunteer work in the community and/or involvement in your school community should be noted. Application materials must be returned to the School Counseling Office. Deadline: March 27, 2026
