Looking for something spooky and fun to do this month? We'll have award winning storyteller Paul Strickland here to tell some terrifying tales with his Ghost Stories program on October 16th at 5:30! This program will be a little scary, so we recommend it for teens and adults!
Let us know if you're coming at this link so we make sure we have space for everyone! ▶ https://forms.gle/V92QTKyJTFpP5U4G
And a HUGE thank you to our Friends of the Library for sponsoring this event! It's thanks to their hard work through things like the Book Sale (which is currently running!) and the community outreach they do that we are able to offer programs like this. Thank you Friends!

As of October 1st, Libby has started requiring passwords for ALL accounts. This has caused a lot of confusion, and we're here to help! If you're currently experiencing problems with accessing your Libby account, here's a few reasons that might be, and steps you can take!

1. If your account is asking for a PIN to continue, this is the password you would use to access our online catalogue and Librista. If you're unsure what your password is, stop by in person, call us, or email us, and after proper identity verification, we will reset your password.

2. If your card is expired, please come visit us with your library card, valid photo ID with current address, and a piece of mail if your ID's address is not up to date, so we can renew your card. We'd be happy to reset your password then, too!

3. If you've lost your card, we unfortunately cannot give your card number to you, that is considered sensitive information. However, we're happy to assign you a new card for a small fee of 1$, and can merge your old and new Libby accounts together, so you don't lose any holds!

Have questions you don't see answered here? Stop by, call us at 865-457-0519, or email us at [email protected]! We're more than happy to help!
