Our little explorers practiced letter recognition by searching for items in nature while learning what letter the item starts with. We journaled about the items we found, and documented using pictures. We had a healthy morning snack after exploring (it was hard work) then we had snacks that represent parts of trees. Overall, we had a very good exploration experience!

Update: on our afternoon outside play we found a critter to look at and explore! 🐛
