Last week, the remarkable young women of AMI Kids Wings Piedmont had the incredible opportunity to explore the International African American Museum in Charleston, South Carolina. Our visit left the young women and staff truly inspired by the rich history and vibrant culture displayed right here in our home state. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Brandy Toussaint and the Faith-Based Department at the IAAM museum for their invaluable assistance in helping to coordinate this unforgettable trip. The educational experience was both exciting and enriching, and it’s one that our young women and staff will treasure for years to come. We look forward to continuing our partnership and supporting future endeavors together.

Today our youth got into the holiday spirit, and we made some Christmas snow globes! Happy Holidays🥰

Yesterday we treated our youth to a pre-Thanksgiving lunch with our staff at the Golden Corral Buffet & Grill. Our youth had a great time, and we hope to make the holidays a bit easier for them as they are away from home. On Thursday, Thanksgiving Day, they will enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving meal all together. To end the day yesterday the youth had group with Mrs. Carolyn who spoke with them about their career choices, salaries, and education plan. Happy Thanksgiving to you all 🦃❤️

A special thank you to Prisma Health Laurens County Hospital for coming out to our campus to speak with the girls about college and trade schools and also bringing them little goody baskets. It is important that our youth understand the next steps to take in life to further their career and goals. We are excited to see our girls engage in these groups to help motivate them to a brighter future. 🥰 Prisma Health AMIkids
