Good Afternoon!
Great meeting last night.
To recap, we are still working on increasing hours to initial EMS classes.
We are working on the idea of regional training meetings to get more networking in EMS educators.
We have started a google group email and built a google drive to share TSOPs, Scenarios, Policies and Procedures, and master training files that you want to share.
I am working to figure out how for people to add without deleting files, but in the interim, you can email those documents to us, or you can let us know you want to add and we'll change permissions temporarily.

Read the comments. This is why the Educators are pushing for more hours in class. All these places are "competency based" and struggle. This is no shade on any state's education model, but there is a reason NC uses hour minimums along with a competency standard.
