Another beautiful turnout for Transportation Day! Transportation Career Day is a 20-year tradition hosted by the L’Anse Creuse Pankow Center for fourth-grade students from across the district. The event highlights occupations that require specialized skills and the use of vehicles and equipment on the job. Community organizations participate by showcasing their work vehicles and engaging students in meaningful conversations about how these vehicles are used in their careers, creating an interesting and enlightening learning experience:

This year's career attendees were:
Clinton Township Water & Sewer Department
Harrison Township Fire Department
Macomb County Department of Roads
Macomb County Sheriff:
Motorcycle Unit
K9 Division
S.W.A.T.
Marine Division
Mobile Field Force
Sheriff Fire Division
Sheriff Drone Unit
Michigan Kenworth, CMS
Reilly Transport, LLC.
SMART Transportation
United States Coast Guard, St. Clair Shores
We extend our sincere gratitude and appreciation to all those who participated-without your support, this event would not be possible!
