We provide a safe, clean, and family friendly environment for programs such as Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, Kudo, TRX Suspension Training, and MMA. Our students range in age and fitness level -- we train complete beginners all the way up to professional fighters.

Savannah Tini just finished up camp with Sami Marinelli this morning, doing some amazing and hardwork to top it off. They sharpen each other on a whole other level. It's fun to watch these ladies cook. ⚔️

A half a week in and we already miss Jim Vollmer! Last Thursday was his last rolls and training with the new way crew until he comes in town for visits. He is liking the new job and is excited for this opportunity over the next couple years. He'll enjoy being a student of jiu jitsu again as well bringing new techniques with him upon his return. His classes will covered by the owners so keep up the training everyone.

And also huge thank you to everyone that came out for Jim's farewell for now, training. He enjoyed the training very much and enjoyed seeing you all. Even some old friends stopped in. Great seeing you all. When ever Jim is in town we'll give a heads up. 💪🙏 Enjoy your time Jim! 🔥

What a memorable week King of the Jungle boxing tournament was! We are going to send a couple posts out about this past weeks amazing experience, as we have important people to thank for their amazing support for this trip.

This first post goes out to say thank you so insanely much to Bob and Delilah at Redemption Stone Craft for being our tournament sponsors for this trip. Words can't even express what it meant to us and the team. Another successful night of fights for team new way last Friday on holland. We had 5 box in exciting competitive rounds. We left the event with 4 belts. 3 wins by decision, 1 walk over since the opponent didn't show up and 1! loss. This was great work to keep the primed for the big king of the jungle tournament in a few weeks.
