Sharing the Vision of POBLO with Peace Lutheran Church: A Message from Missionary Ramy
One of the greatest blessings of ministry is seeing God open doors to share His heart for the nations with His people. Every opportunity to speak with a congregation is a reminder that the mission of reaching our immigrant and refugee neighbors is a calling we all share. I am deeply grateful for churches like Peace Lutheran that faithfully partner with us through prayer, volunteer service, and generous hospitality. Their commitment demonstrates the love of Christ in practical ways and encourages us as we continue serving the diverse communities God has brought to Cincinnati.
On Sunday, June 28, I had the privilege of speaking to the congregation at Peace Lutheran Church following their worship service. After serving an Egyptian lunch to the group, we spent about two hours discussing the POBLO Cincinnati ministry.
During our time together, I shared an update on our current classes and outreach activities, as well as a brief introduction to Islam. It was a wonderful opportunity to present the vision and ministry of POBLO to this beloved congregation. Peace Lutheran generously hosts one of our ESL classes and faithfully supports the ministry through three exceptional volunteers who invest their time and talents each week. Their partnership has been an incredible blessing to our students and our ministry.
I extend my heartfelt thanks to Pastor Stephen, the church council, and the entire congregation for their warm hospitality, continued encouragement, and faithful support. We praise God for this partnership and look forward to seeing how He continues to work through our ministries together for His glory.
