Last night, we had our 2025 Graduation Ceremony! We are so proud of our outstanding 8th graders and wish them only the best in the next stage of their lives. 🥳
We also presented awards to students for academic excellence and achievement, citizenship, character, and attendance. Congrats to all!
Each class offered a musical presentation led by our music teacher, Mr. David Eaton, which included two solo performances and several original compositions.
Our evening ended with a grand finale with all students singing together “Peace Starts With Me.”

Our Virtues-of-the-Month for June is Heroism and Humor.
Heroes are known for their noble and worthy deeds. They may or may not be famous. A hero is different from a celebrity which our popular culture pays so much attention to. Celebrities are, as some have noted, “well known for being well known.” Our children need more true heroes to look up to and be inspired by. A hero who is capable of a dash of humor, sometimes at his own expense, doesn’t hurt. In the words of Tony Stark, aka Iron Man, "I’m a genius, billionaire, and philanthropist...and apparently the guy who can’t figure out how to work his own suit half the time.”✨

As parents and educators responsible for forming the next generation of citizens, we have a special responsibility to nurture the hope of our children. This means to raise up individuals who will engage in a positive way with others. People who hope are catalysts for constructive change and a brighter future.
