Inside of Faithious Fem™ () we are a community of Christian women in business who meet every Friday at 8AM EST but, this Friday is special!

On the tail end of 2025, I decided to do something unique on 5th Fridays. I switching things up a bit by bringing in guest speakers.

After asking around, my girl Precious Clouthier () accepted— God even moved things around in her schedule so this experience could be possible!

Yes, I’ll be hosting my annual planning session in a couple of weeks but God strictly told me that before we can plan out our promotions, platforms, and profits, we have to surrender 1st.

How often is it that we plan what we want then ask God to get into alignment with our will? Oop!

Don’t feel ashamed or embarrassed sis, because trust me, I’m not calling you out, I’m relating…

Been there, done that, countless of times— Until I decided to intentionally surrender my vision for my life and for my BUSINESS to God... 👩🏽‍💻

To be honest: Walking in the FULLNESS of my calling has been different…

Pursuing purpose is cute but walking out your kingdom calling is something else.

I’ll never forget going on a movie date with my now fiancé 💍🥰 to see “The Forge” in August of 2024.

I loved movies like “To Save a Life”, “Fireproof” and “War Room” so of course I had to go check it out!

What I didn’t know is that right in the middle of the movie, I would be sobbing!!! 😭 😭 😭

I mean the REAL ugly cry! (Snot and all)

I saw God all through out the movie, I saw marketplace ministry, mentoring, miracles— just so much goodness jam packed in one film.

I told everyone that I came in contact with to go watch it while it was in theatres. You can pay to watch it on Netflix, Prime Video or YouTube!

I heard God tell me that Faithious Fem™: was more than just a Christian sisterhood, it was meant to be a discipleship community. 🤯

God was calling me back into a place that I had known in my youth. As a teen and college student, I lived a lifestyle FULL of discipleship!

Baby, I had no problem picking people up for church, talking in the car for hours, and long phone calls— Whatever it took.

The goal was to get people connected to God but I’ve always had a heart for His daughters. 🩵

Some how something shifted— I was no longer walking in Evangelism as much, due to rejection, distraction, and intimidation BUT GOD!!!

Thanks to the activation that I received from my Apostle, now I’m back like I never left!

It feels sooo good here!

Yes, I’m experiencing engagement bliss but please don’t get it twisted. That glow is that many see is because I surrendered to God! 🙌🏽

🤦🏽‍♀️Some times the hardest thing to do in business can be to admit that you were WRONG…

❎Wrong about your message

❎Wrong about your audience

❎Wrong about your offer

❎Wrong about your pricing

❎Wrong about your timing

🤔But guess what?!?

We live. We learn. We grow.

Grace still finds us. Growth still happens. God is still perfecting us.

I know the spirit of perfectionism all too well.
But as He continues to perfect us (our businesses, our branding, and our boldness begin to reflect that.)

🛑 Stop punishing yourself for what you didn’t know.

✅ Start celebrating yourself for what you’re willing to learn.

As I keep assessing and adjusting my business, I realize that I’ve made many mistakes.

But I didn’t let them paralyze me.

I’m proud of myself for taking action— even when it wasn’t perfect.

Every mistake has been a lived lesson.

And every tweak I make is a step toward.

😭 I’m grateful that God patiently leaves room for me to become…again and again.

Here’s what I know in this season:
👉🏽 Obedience unlocks overflow.
👉🏽 Mistakes don’t disqualify you.
👉🏽 Movement is still progress.

Let’s normalize Assessing. Admitting. Becoming.

🎤 Today, I had the honor of speaking to seven graders at a Career Day in Essex County (N.J.)

I happened to stumble upon the opportunity last week while scrolling on LinkedIn, it was posted by their school social worker— a peer from college! Funny enough, we both served on the executive board of the Psychology Club at KU.

It was sooo nice meeting Ms. Spears and Mr. Howard. The kids were so sweet and engaged…

Who knew that just two months ago, I was serving kids around their age to now, I was able to expose them to entrepreneurship and a potential career path of branding or speaking!

I think going there today did more for me than it did for them. I planted a seed, yes, BUT they ignited a spark on the inside of me.

I was reminded of my love for academia 📚📓

Yes, I love business, psychology and branding but it’s something about the school setting!!!

I don’t believe that it’s a coincidence that my coaching membership is called the Voice to Clients™ CAMPUS. Even though I was a transfer/commuter student, I loved college so much that it’s now spilling over onto my business arena…

While many were creating academies of sorts, I intentionally decided to call mine a campus because of just how instrumental college was—

Not just for expanding my thinking but for the simple fact that my business concept was created in a college classroom during junior year.

I attribute its very existence to my Business Professional Communications professor and the big man upstairs, for making it all happen. 🩵💪

After today, I’m definitely gearing up to speak at more business colleges and business centers…

On Cinco de Mayo, I forgot to get my tacos because I was so wrapped up into this brand shoot with my client Sophia Scott , since we were preparing to launch her speaker site…

Afterwards, she ran out swiftly so she could meet up with her best friends in NYC to serve as the maid of honor for their wedding on the . 🎉

This week so many amazing things took place:

😍The episode aired live! It was such a gorgeous wedding. I’m so glad that I was able to watch it live and witness the MIRACLE that God kicked off their marriage with.

Markeitah and Evan represented God sooo well and I’m so very glad that it was their love STORY that got them selected for the spotlight.

🗣️ Your story matters— That’s how we were able to get Sophia to hone in on her niche audience. We pulled purpose from her story of becoming a single mom at the age of 19.

👩🏽‍💻 Last night, we officially launched her website as she steps fully into her purpose to coach Christian single moms to become unmovable!!!

She was surrounded by so much love and even supported by members of the Voice to Clients Campus. Woot woot! (That’s how we do)

🔥Sophia rocked the T-shirt that Nadia and I designed for her. It made its debut on TV y’all!

I would be lying and flying if I said that I don’t want to be on the stage next year for Newark’s Small Business Week. 🎤🤗🎯

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of getting away of my home office where I typically hide behind a laptop screen to actually meet new people! I managed to bump into some familiar faces too!

I was able to meet so many incredible people. It felt good to connect with entrepreneurs within my own state because I tend to have a large group of virtual friends (Thanks to social media!)

I have a secret love for event production so you know I was admiring the level of excellence that was executed. Shout out to Kelly Outing and Team. Y’all most definitely did that!🔥

One thing that I can say about Newark, NEW JERSEY is that they support their small business owners! This is why we had to host Speaker Brand Camp: Passport to Profit in that very city this year. 🌴

To the baby who changed my name:

Yep, this cute face calls me Mommy! 😄💓

So many thoughts come to mind when I think of God gracing me with the opportunity to be a MOM…

I think of when I believed that I couldn’t bare any children or even when I hid my pregnancy because I was carrying so much SHAME!!!

I’m reminded of when I almost lost my life— Eclampsia popped up during delivery and placed me in ICU for about 3 days. (But God!!!)

I recall how bad my self-worth and mental health got while processing my devastating divorce, had me doing things that I typically wouldn’t do—

What I call “stress $3X” is one of them things and child, it’s the way I conceived…

Whew! Motherhood wasn’t something I wanted at 30 while I was still trying to rebuild my life but God knew that I needed to experience YOU.

I’m grateful for all of the love that you have: Of course Yaya and our family adore you, your dad loves his Kai, the kiddies at daycare get excited at the sight of you, our church family love them some you, your phone aunties enjoy you, and my boyfriend fully embraced you from day one. To be honest: You are easy to love.

In the words of my mom, “You are one spoiled kid!”

Keep being your silly, perky, confident self! I’m proud to share my face with you 🤣 and I love how well you are speaking now. Gooo smart boy!!!

Most importantly, God’s hands are upon your life.

I look forward to watching more unfold. It’s obvious you will be a musician and life of the party. Exceed expectations and fulfill prophecies baby boy! With God, please know there’s absolutely nothing you can’t do… I love youuu Boopadoop! 🩵
