Join us for a special practice session for the Grand Valley Games! Today at 5:30pm, we will practice for board breaking, creative forms, weapons, and anything else you might compete in at the tournament next month. All students are welcome! Students under age 8 must be accompanied by an adult.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Make sure to bring your full uniform (white top, white pants, belt), water bottle, all sparring gear for Advanced ranks, and your martial arts spirit.
