"Hello! My name is Daniel Swan and I’m the new treasurer for the Tesago PTA. My wife Angela and I have a daughter, Ruby, in 3rd grade and a son who will be in Tesago in a few years. I’m a high school science teacher at Burnt Hills. I’m also a treasurer at another organization for over 10 years. I’ve loved the events the PTA does at Tesago and I hope to be able to help continue that great tradition!"

✨ Let's meet the 2026-2027 PTA Board Members!✨

"My name is Steven White, and I’m returning to the Tesago PTA Board for the 26/27 term as our Secretary. I wrote some fliers, a lot of emails, and our newsletter reached new heights of engagement in my first year at the keyboard. I hope to bring more laughs, information, and messaging to continue to strengthen the Tesago community spirit.

Prior to starring in the Tesago Lost & Found video last year, I’ve worked in TV for over 20 years, highlighted with an Emmy nomination for my work on Season 7 of blackish. I grew up in Clifton Park and am a proud Shen graduate, landing somewhere far after Kevin Huerter but before Tony Sinkevich on a list of notable Alumni.

My wife Julie and I moved back to the Capital District in 2022, and our son Owen has attended Tesago since Kindergarten. He loves Tesago and continues to attend the Connections program with Mrs. Timm. Volunteering at Tesago isn’t new for me, as I’ve run the Discovery program for the last two years and serve on the Partnership committee for the last three. I am thrilled at the increased participation I’ve been able to raise from fellow Tesago Dads, and parents in general, and look forward to another great year!"

✨ Let's meet the 2026-2027 PTA Board Members!✨

"Hi, my name is Holly Laubenheimer and I am joining the Tesago PTA as the VP of non-academics for the 2026 to 2027 school year. My husband, Ryan, and I have one daughter, Eleana, who will be entering into third grade at Tesago and two cats, Princess Peach and Milo.

I have lived in New York for most of my life, moving to the area from Long Island 30+ years ago. I'm an avid baker, party planner and love to "craft". Over the past few years I have supported the PTA in various ways, and I'm looking forward to a new year full of fun, excitement and learning."

"Hi! My name is Stephanie Bright and I am the returning VP of academic programming for the PTA. My husband Jim and I have a daughter, Jolene, who will be going into her last year at Tesago and a son, Wyatt, who will be going into his last year at Acadia Middle School. I’m a registered dietitian, but have been staying home with my family. In addition to my board position on the PTA I also chair the Arts in Education program, which funds Tesago’s assemblies and field trips. When not at Tesago, I am busy taking my kids to their various sports events and after school activities. I enjoy listening to music, going to concerts, traveling, and going on walks with friends. I’m looking forward to my last year at Tesago!"
