🎓✨ MOVING UP DAY ✨🎓

The Moving Up Day Ceremony and Reception is a special Okte tradition celebrating our amazing 5th grade students as they prepare for their transition to middle school!

To help make this event memorable, we invite families in grades K–4 to contribute desserts, food items, or volunteer their time for the reception. Your support helps continue this cherished tradition and shows our 5th graders how much their school community cares.

Please note the following schedule for our upcoming half day:

🚌 Dismissal Time • Okte students will be released at 12:15 p.m.

🍎 Kindergarten Schedule • AM Kindergarten students only will attend and follow their regular schedule. • PM Kindergarten students will not attend.

Please plan accordingly for transportation and pick-up arrangements.🎒✨

🎉 FIELD DAY IS COMING! 🎉

Coach Chatterton has scheduled Field Day for Friday, June 5, and we are excited for a fun-filled day! ☀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

This year, our 5th graders will be running the stations for the younger students. Families are welcome to come watch and cheer on our students throughout the day!

💧 Please remember:
• Apply sunscreen before school
• Send your child with a water bottle
• The PTA will provide freeze pops after events 🍧

⏰ Schedule:
9:15–10:55 — K-AM, 3rd, 4th
11:15–12:45 — 5th
1:15–2:55 — K-PM, 1st, 2nd

👕 Shirt Colors by Grade:
Kindergarten — Assigned by teacher
1st — Blue
2nd — Purple
3rd — Red
4th — Yellow
5th — Green

Students in our ISD classrooms will participate with their homeroom grade level.
