Hi, I'm Miss Anthony, and I teach kindergarten! I love helping my students grow into curious, confident learners in a classroom where every child feels seen, valued, and celebrated for who they are. Outside of school, you'll usually find me outdoors running, cheering on the New York Yankees, wearing something cheetah print, or enjoying anything pink, yellow, or coconut-flavored. I believe every student brings something unique to our classroom family, and I can't wait for another year of learning and growing together

Teacher Wednesday Spotlight 🍎✨

This will be Mr. Peck's 5th year at St Jerome, and his 30th year as an educator. Mr. Peck has worn many hats over the years, including teacher, counsellor, coach, tutor, principal, and even substitute pastor, but the middle grades have always been his favorite, especially 7th and 8th. When not teaching, he is an artist, a writer, an avid gamer (both video and tabletop), a bicyclist, and an actor who has performed in numerous local productions including "Daddy Warbucks" in Annie, "W***y Wonka" in Roal Dhal's W***y Wonka, and "King Arthur" in Spamalot. He lives in a tidy brick house on a quiet street with his wife Sandy and two cats, Oscar and Felix.

At St. Jerome School, our Catholic faith is at the heart of everything we do. From beginning each day in prayer to celebrating Mass together, our students are learning to grow not only in knowledge, but also in faith, compassion, and love for Christ.

Meet Miss Arnold, our wonderful 2nd Grade teacher! 🍎
Miss Arnold recently graduated from Cleveland State University with a degree in Early Childhood Education. Before joining St. Jerome, she spent many years coaching gymnastics and cheerleading. She is passionate about creating a classroom where every student feels safe, supported, and excited to learn each day. She also believes the best learning happens when families and teachers work together and looks forward to partnering with parents throughout the school year.
🎉 Fun Fact: Miss Arnold was a cheerleader at Cleveland State University for all four years of college!

🍎 Wednesday Teacher Spotlight 🍎
This week we're excited to introduce Mrs. Brittany Ioffe, our wonderful 3rd grade teacher!
Mrs. Ioffe is beginning her fourth year at St. Jerome School and her second year teaching 3rd grade. She says she wouldn't want to be anywhere else because her students—past and present—are like family to her.
She loves reading (especially teaching it!), traveling, staying active, and even spent a year teaching in the Dominican Republic, where she became fluent in Spanish! 🩵
In addition to the classroom, Mrs. Ioffe shares her love of fitness by coaching our CYO Spring Track team.
We're so grateful to have Mrs. Ioffe as part of the St. Jerome family and can't wait to see all the amazing things her students accomplish this year! 💚🤍
