LTC will be holding a VEX robotic training for teachers of all grades. The class will run the last week in July. This class will be taught by Bill Ryno from Appleton. I will keep you informed as I get the details.

We now have 8 teachers signed up for the summer robotic training. I will open the class up to 16 if needed. Call Kelli and sign up as soon as possible so that I can make sure I have enough equipment.

High School Teachers - to enroll for Lakeshore Technical College summer institute in Fanuc Robotics, call Kelli Grasse at (920) 693-1145. I can only take 12 participants. The class will run from 8 am to 4:30 pm from June 20 - 24th. Teachers will be paid a stipend. Together we will create a class appropriate for the high school student. Power Points, Lectures, Labs, and assessments will be created. Each participant will have time on the robot to improve their robotic skills and complete the labs we create. Lakeshore area teachers can enroll today. Outside of Lakeshore area will be placed on a wait list until April. After April, people on the wait list will be contacted and enrolled in the class until all 12 seats have been filled.

The Fanuc Delta style robots are setup for Advanced Robotics. The primary use for these robots at LTC will be to teach Fanuc IRvision.

LTC will be putting on an Introduction to Fanuc Robotics workshop for high school teachers. The class runs from June 20th - 24th, 8am - 4:30pm. As a group we will develop the Introduction to Fanuc Robotics at an appropriate level for high school students. I have many power points and labs already developed that will be shared with the attendees. Attendees (High school teachers) will be paid a stipend.
