We love seeing our Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing alumni come together. Last week, over 50 alums met up at Topgolf Cleveland to enjoy smokehouse BBQ, practice their swings and catch up with each other.
It was great to see so many alumni, especially the 2025 MSN cohort, who made a special effort to reunite at the event!
Thanks to everyone who joined us and made the night so much fun! đď¸ââď¸đĽ

In 1855, Western Reserve College was drowning in debt and its future was far from certain. Then Henry Lawrence Hitchcock stepped in.
As the third president of the institution that would one day become Case Western Reserve University, Hitchcock did something remarkable: he wiped out the debt threatening to close the college's doorsâall while serving as college pastor, professor of Christian theology, and even mayor of Hudson, Ohio.
His name lives on in Hitchcock House on our campus today. But the full story of the man who saved our university deserves to be told.

A building that has stood at the heart of our campus since 1888 is about to become something extraordinary.
Adelbert Gymâone of Case Western Reserve's most storied spacesâis being transformed into DiSanto Arena, thanks to its philanthropic fundingâwhich was completed with a gift from Don Richards (CIT â79, MGT â81) and his wife, Marianne
When DiSanto Arena reopens in spring 2027, it will feature over 6,000 square feet of renovations and expansionsâincluding new locker rooms, a Spartan Gallery social space, a new lobby and entry tower, and upgraded seating
This is what it looks like when Spartans give back.
