interested in exploring pleasure but the idea of a s*x ed workshop feels like a lot?

The Pursuit of Pleasure might be exactly where you start.

this isn’t a workshop about s*x toys, techniques, or anything that requires you to share more than you’re comfortable with. it’s an introduction to something quieter and honestly more foundational — unlearning the shame and silence most of us were handed around pleasure, and reclaiming it as a normal, healthy part of a well-balanced life.

we’ll talk. we’ll reflect. you’ll leave with a personal pleasure plan that’s entirely your own. nervous is welcome. curious is more than enough.

and if the idea of doing this from your couch feels a little more manageable right now — we’ve got you. this one’s hybrid.

most of us learned that consent means a verbal yes. and it does — but it's also so much more than that.

the disability community has long navigated the reality that communication during s*x isn't always verbal, isn't always consistent, and isn't always what it looks like on the surface. and in doing so, they've developed a more expansive, more honest understanding of what consent actually requires.
these five considerations come from 's disability and s*xuality series — and they're worth thinking about regardless of whether you or your partner identify as disabled.

pleasure is for every body. and there are more tools to support that than most people realize.
whether you need something to help with grip and reach, a wedge pillow to support your weight and positioning, a toy mount that does the holding for you, or a remote controlled toy that removes the need for hands entirely — there are options. lots of them.

the goal of all of these props and supports is the same: take the physical effort and discomfort off your plate so you can actually be present for the good stuff.
