Big things are happening with our CMS Beta Club! 💙✨

Our students represented Cleveland Middle School at the TN Regional Leadership Summit in Gatlinburg and came home with incredible accomplishments. They qualified in multiple challenges, including Collaboration Connection, Being Better Betas, Beta Blitz, All the World’s a Stage, and Project Proposal. 👏

Through their Project Proposal, students partnered with Liv in the Journey Foundation, serving at Olivia Weatherford’s birthday celebration and leading a schoolwide fundraiser that raised $1,170 for this meaningful cause. 🎉💛

A special shoutout to Natalie Palacios Flores, who was selected as one of only two students to represent Tennessee at the National Leadership Interviews and will serve as a regional Beta ambassador this year. 🌟

We are so proud of these students for leading with heart, service, and excellence. Next stop… Nationals in Nashville! 🏆

Cleveland City Schools offers state-of-the-art summer curriculum and learning for students at many grade levels, not only interventions. It's a great opportunity to make sure students are ready for success during the school year.

Summer Academic Camps

Current Cleveland City Schools students will have the opportunity to participate in our summer academic booster program, which will reinforce foundational reading and math skills through engaging and enjoyable lessons. We will have fun and engaging lessons designed around our theme with time set aside for STEM challenges, Team-Building Games, Recess, and much more! The program will run from Monday to Thursday, from June 1 to June 25. Doors open at 8:00am and dismissal begins at 3:00pm.

Rising 6th-8th grade students (currently in 5-7): CMS Champions: Heroes vs. Villains at Cleveland Middle School.

Cleveland City Schools offers these programs at no cost to families. Breakfast, lunch, and transportation are provided to these students as well. After the enrollment window closes the week of April 27th, students in need of academic interventions will be the priority.

👏S/O to Jayden Duke for leading a wild 8th grade comeback run — nearly cleared the whole 7th grade solo then put on an encore for the 6th grade. Main character energy.🔥
