Yes, the POWER of listening! I participated in a program with Guy Itzchakov as a presenter. He is an assistant professor at the University of Haifa, Israel. His research focuses on the effects of high-quality listening. I could have learned from him for hours. He is published widely in leading journals. Here is one of his excellent articles.
