Artemus Ward Families — Free Cavs Tickets! 🏀

We received 122 free tickets for tomorrow night’s Cavs game vs. the Portland Trail Blazers (Wed, Dec. 3 at 7:00 PM).
Tickets were generously donated by the Cleveland Cavaliers as part of a special event happening at our school.

Each family may request up to 4 tickets.
Tickets are first come, first served and can only be claimed through the SeatGeek app.

Greetings Artemus Ward Families,

As we are currently hard at work planning for an amazing year, I wanted to update you with a few quick reminders. To help prepare your child, I am including a link to a supply list for all grade levels to this email. Please review it so that you are best prepared for the upcoming year and can catch those back to school sales. If you are in need of supplies and resources, please remember you can always reach out to Mrs. Garner, our SayYes coordinator for assistance. Additionally, there our some important dates to keep on your calendar.

August 14th: Back to School BBQ (Artemus Ward 4-6pm)
August 18th: 1st day back for students grades 1-8
August 22nd: 1st day for Kindergarten students
Aug.-26-29th: Pre-K Phase-In
Sept. 2nd: 1st Day for Pre-K

We look forward to a seeing all of our scholars and meeting new families. Please try and make it to our upcoming BBQ where you will be able to meet your child's teacher and get important information pertaining to the upcoming school year. If you are wondering who your child's teacher is we will be distributing that information at the BBQ and then posting it on the front doors of the school after.

This is friendly reminder that tomorrow Wednesday, February 5th is our school’s Parent/Teacher Conferences day.

Students will be dismissed early tomorrow at 1:00 pm. Please make the necessary arrangements to pick up your child on time.

PS. Students who ride the bus will be taken home by their bus. Please be on time to pick your child up from the bus stop.
