BUILDING SKILL BEFORE STRESS

We recently completed our second C-TAC Instructor Camp of 2026 at the Atlanta Martial Arts Center in Woodstock, Georgia.

Our current instructor cadre trained alongside several new visitors during three days of focused development.

Friday centered on Dog Boxing, our study of out-of-position fighting, and its application to Vehicle-Centric Defensive Tactics.

Saturday took the team outside to study intelligent scenario construction around vehicles, walls, corners, curbs, and sidewalks. We also examined how focused drilling prepares the body before higher levels of resistance and stress are introduced.

Sunday focused on building a controlled weapons-training environment where participants could move, adapt, and validate their skills.

The lesson connecting the entire weekend was simple:

Going harder is not automatically the same as getting better.

Real capability is built through intelligent design, correct repetition, progressive resistance, honest validation, and continued immersion.
