street tacos 🌮 made it's way back into the rotation this month! this ain't your typical taco night... you're making everything ~from scratch~. honestly, the handmade tortillas by themselves are worth the price of admission. they are one of the single-best things I've ever eaten at stir. you'll want to make them at home all the time. maybe dip 'em in that tostitos jarred queso? you ever read the ingredients on that stuff? it's actually not bad. sure it has sodium hexametaphosphate, but I bet a little bit of that stuff is good for you.

solid team outing 👊 we played pickleball and ate a buncha pizza. the pickleball arena was approximately 1,000 degrees so we were all drenched in sweat which was lowkey lit. we kinda sucked but that's just because the rules of that game were written by a quantum physicist. thankfully there are no rules to eating pizza and drinking wine, so we were really good at that part.

our return to new menus starts with a seasonal banger... summer harvest! imagine taking a lovely garden, turning it into risotto, then adding a bunch of cheese and other delicious not-so-healthy things and boom 💥 making risotto is fun because people learn that it's not actually as difficult as they've come to believe, and they can sit there and stir the pot for 30 minutes and lose track of how much wine they've overindulged in.
