Hope Everyone had a good thanksgiving week. Finals are getting near and I know it is bit stressful but BetterYou is helping Cleveland State University
in making it easier but starting mindfulness challenge for us from 28th to Dec 9th. All we need to do is download the app add the mindfulness goal and start challenging your friends.
