CSU’s Dalton Hundt, McNair Scholar, Publishes Groundbreaking Research

It’s been quite the year for CSU student Dalton Hundt.
The senior psychology major, who also minors in statistics and communication, presented his findings on intimate partner violence (IPV) at CSU Research Day 2024, the McNair Research Conference at the University of New Mexico. His work received high praise and was ultimately published in the MAP Research Journal, contributing valuable insights to the field of psychology.

Attention Junior Psychology Students: Are you interested in research? Are you considering grad school? The Psychology Honors Program is for undergraduate Psychology majors considering graduate-level education who want in-depth exposure to research in psychology. Completing the Psychology Honors Program reflects a student’s independence, commitment to the field, and expertise in an area. Our Clinical Psychology Program presents Breanna Meadows thesis defense next week: The Moderating Effect of Social and Treatment Support on the Association Between Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Problematic Substance Use. Join us at 2pm on Monday in the Union Building to hear this thesis presentation. Remember that this is a public event! CSU faculty, staff, students from all majors welcome, see you there!

We have a research study the understand the ways in which LGBT+ adults may be at an increased risk for suicidal ideation. Participation involves a 30 minute online survey.
