Members and candidates are required to actively participate in on-going meetings and activities throughout the academic year.

Beta Alpha Psi is an honorary organization that encourages and recognizes scholastic and professional excellence in the fields of accounting, finance and information systems. As such, the hourly commitment per semester totals 16 hours. 8 of the 16 hours must be professional in nature, and the remaining 8 must be earned by participating in community service activities. We are looking for volunteers for Ohio Society of CPA High School Days on Wednesday, November 14th.
For this event, we will host 300 high school students from the community to teach them the benefits of a career in accounting. If you are available for any of the following shifts, please email [email protected].

Mary Patterson, a Wiley Plus Regional Director, will be speaking about the CMA and all the requirements necessary to sit for the exam as well as be CMA certified. She will discuss the benefits and offer advice on how to complete both the CMA and CPA if students are looking to sit for both exams.
