CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for choosing The Softball Factory and Pitching With Dani! As a small business, our personal and professional income is based solely upon the services provided to you, our clients. Every member of our team works hard to ensure we offer only the best experience. In return our expectation is that you the client, will make every effort to keep your sch
eduled appointment. While we understand that circumstances may arise that will require a possible cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment, the following policies are in place to ensure that we can accommodate all clients as efficiently and effectively as possible given the limited amount of available time slots per week. LATE ARRIVALS
To insure optimum service, we recommend you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled Lesson. Arriving on time for your lesson ensures the proper time necessary for us to comfortably complete your lesson. If you do arrive late your appointment may need to be modified or rescheduled. HOWEVER YOU WILL OWE THE FULL AMOUNT FOR YOUR LESSON THAT YOU WERE SCHEDULED FOR. CANCELLATIONS and NO SHOWS
Appointments MUST BE CANCELED 24hrs in advance. This will allow us enough notice to schedule someone else. Failure to call and cancel or reschedule by those designated times will result in a NO SHOW. Completely missing your scheduled appointment will also result in a NO SHOW. All NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED the full fee of scheduled lesson. If you NO SHOW more than one appointment, you will no longer be able to schedule with out paying the full amount for your lessons the day of scheduling per Venmo. These policies will be enforced due to the high volume of Clientele.
**We understand that things happen. Sickness, car trouble, Traffic, however we can't control all of these things and trainers can't be left sitting and not get paid. Some weeks We can have up to 10 kids cancelling last minute. Our trainers are doing softball full time and cannot afford to have kids not show up especially when we have a waiting list most weeks, We have to have enough notice to fill gaps. PAYMENTS
Our team prides themselves on providing you with exceptional service and training. WE EXPECT PAYMENT AT THE BEGINNING OF LESSON. Please make sure payment has processed before you leave. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS ON SERVICES. However, should you have any questions or need something special concerning payments please do not hesitate to call or text 423-313-8891.
