Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year! We hope you and your family have enjoyed a safe, restful, and enjoyable summer. Our staff is excited to welcome our students back for what promises to be an incredible year of learning, leadership, and opportunity 🥳
This year marks a historic new chapter for our community. Garrett Morgan School of Engineering and Innovation (GMSEI) and Garrett Morgan School of Leadership and Innovation (GMSLI) have officially transitioned into one unified school - Garrett Morgan High School (GMC). While we proudly honor and cherish the rich history and traditions of both schools, we are excited to move forward together as One School, One Campus, One Falcon Family.
To start the year with clarity and connection, we will be holding grade-level meetings for all students. These meetings will focus on consistent expectations, school culture, and campus updates. Swipe for more info! 🦅
