What a moo-velous day we had at the historical Sterns Farm yesterday! The large animal class learned how to put a cow in a chute to do a physical exam, listen to gut sounds, and collect samples. They received hands-on experience not only with cows but with goats, horses, sheep, and chickens. This is just a fraction of what you can do as a veterinary technician.

Taking learning beyond the classroom and enjoying this beautiful day outside! At Valley College, every environment can be an opportunity to learn and grow! 🌿✏️📓
