One of my students asked what word I wanted him to write in Ukrainian yesterday. I suggested some words and then he asked if I wanted my name, of course I did! Today he finished his work early and then made Ukrainian name tags for our whole class! ❤️❤️❤️ 🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦

I Stopped Taking Work Home, and It's Made Me a Better Teacher and Parent Nearly 125,000 teachers are leaving the field each year because of burnout. Leaving paperwork at school on the weekends is one way to combat it.

I have been in back-to-school denial. Real. Bad. Haven’t thought about school or prepped anything, aside from a few hours in my room. I’m still in the denial phase but teacher stickers make the transition to school mode more fun. These are the cutest . Can’t wait until I get to the acceptance stage as I grieve the end of my summer 😩.
