🌱 Kindergarten is where little roots begin to grow.

At GCA, our youngest students begin their journey through living books, nature, beauty, and wonder. We delight in cultivating curiosity, character, and a lifelong love of learning.

Today at GCA, our students participated in Bridge Day, a special tradition where grades K-3 visits the grade they will move into next year. We created this experience to help ease nerves, build excitement, and give students a joyful glimpse of the growth and learning still ahead of them.

Last night’s art show was a beautiful reminder that education is not merely the filling of minds, but the formation of hearts and affections. The work by GCA students reflected thoughtful observation, skill, creativity, and wonder. We are deeply grateful for our students, teachers, families and donors who helped make the evening such a meaningful celebration of beauty and learning. Most especially, we are grateful for Mrs. Roberts, our matchless Art Teacher.

We've got chicks! Our hallway is filled with the sounds of peeps, chirps and student excitement!

Share, share, share with all your friends and family! We are still in need of a kitchen manager and a couple of teachers for our growing school.

We’re proud to celebrate one of our 7th grade students for earning a Magna Cum Laude distinction on the National Latin Exam. This is an achievement that reflects diligence and a love of learning. This honor also speaks to the excellence of our Latin teacher, Ms. Andrews. We thank God for this accomplishment and the growth we’re seeing in our students.

The high school students in the Heritage Classical Academy Chick-Fil-A Leader Academy have chosen this year to participate in a large-scale fundraising project for The Garden Christian Academy (GCA). As part of this student-led project, a handful of the HCA student leaders created a short video that highlights the need to raise funds for the enhancement of GCA's garden. GCA uses their garden to bless not only the students at their school by way of educational and nutritional purposes, but the garden is also cultivated in order to bless the surrounding inner-city community.

This video that the Chick-Fil-A student leaders created is part of a grant application that will be submitted in the next day or two. Here's where we need your help: our chances to receive grant money increase as "views" of this video increase, so please take a moment to view the video and share with your community of followers!
