Welcome back to school! Thank you to everyone who came to the bottom of the hill potluck :) We had lots of fun and we’re looking forward to getting started with recruitment!

We hoped to show the impact of entertainment in our lives today and relate that to how Boys and Girls Club of Northeast Ohio strives to empower younger generations.

Then to add our own silly twist on it, the theme this year was "Totally 80s", so the we decide to pick 80s movies and Photoshop our Brothers onto some iconic posters.

A Beta Theta Fry-day, as our Brothers went to a local All You Can Eat Fish Fry. Then traveled to support alumnus Kegan Sulamoyo (playing Jack) in Into the Woods. Congratulations Kegan!

There were good discussions about interpersonal communication, foundations of leadership, and implementing inclusion practices.

Our visit to the Cleveland Monsters game last Friday. We may have lost 0-4, but the excitement and bottomless popcorn made it worthwhile.

This Saturday at 4pm, we will have Abby Opher speak about building healthy habits as a college student. This seminar is part of Beta's values of responsible conduct and intellectual growth, how we can strive to develop ourselves further as individuals. We hope to see you there!

Thank you to Jose Nazario for last night's seminar on Unconventional Thinking for careers. It was helpful for all in attendance and I hope everyone enjoyed themselves.
