Our 15-week Fall 2026 Session runs September 1–December 19, 2026, with classes for all ages and abilities. Classes are offered in the Eastern Time Zone and can be delivered in real time via Zoom, making inclusive dance accessible wherever you are!

🩰 Take a Ballet Class with Cheryl Pompeo!

We're excited to welcome Cheryl Pompeo, Director of Dance at Oglebay Institute in Wheeling, WV, back to Cleveland for the School of Dancing Wheels' Community Pop-Up Classes!

Join Cheryl on Saturday, August 15, 2026, for one of two ballet classes:
✨ Youth Ballet (Ages 3–12): 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
✨ Ballet (Ages 13 & Up): 12:00–1:00 PM

Whether you're just beginning your ballet journey or looking to continue your training, this is a wonderful opportunity to learn from an experienced educator and artist.

Please help us by completing this Adaptive Dance Survey by May 19. It may take you 5–20 minutes to complete.

We invite adaptive dancers (wheelchair users!), adaptive dance teachers, aspiring instructors, and parents/caregivers to complete a short survey led by Meghan Brewster, a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OTD) student completing her Capstone Experience with Dancing Wheels Company & School. The survey will help inform expanded training guidelines for adaptive and physically integrated dance, with a focus on Dancing Wheels methods. Your input will help identify strengths, needs, and gaps to support more inclusive and effective teaching.

Experience the passion and precision of the Dancing Wheels Company, joined on stage by the next generation of performers from the School of Dancing Wheels.

Registration is open for the School of Dancing Wheels Spring 2026 Session. The 12-week session runs from March 10 to June 13, 2026.

Inclusive, community dance classes at the School of Dancing Wheels include Contemporary, Capoeira, Combo Class, Jazz Funk, Hip-Hop, Ballet/Wheelchair Technique, and Performance Ensemble. Classes are adapted to students of all abilities! Classes are available to participate in-studio or online.
