Women's History Month / Jane Celebrating Our Ancestors, Honoring Sr. Juanita Shealey CSJ, and Ms. Edna Duffy Cleveland, Ohio – Saturday, March 7, 2026 11:30 am- 3pm Performance Luncheon St. Agnes Our Lady of Fatima Church is pleased to announce a Women& #39;s History Month Celebration on Saturday, March 7, 2026. This event will honor our ancestors and celebrate women’s vital contributions in our community, with special recognition for Sr. Juanita Shealey CSJ and Ms. Edna Duffy, founder of Duffy Liturgical Dance. The event will highlight the legacy of Black Catholics in Cleveland and feature community leaders, parish members, and special guests. Fr. Paul Dressler, OFM Cap., states: “Saint Agnes + Our Lady of Fatima Church is a visionary Catholic Christian Community. As a diverse parish, we embrace Afrocentric worship, Christ-centered hospitality, and missionary service. Sustained by our elders’ wisdom and our youth’s energy, we unite in faith to bear witness to the Gospel’s liberating message.” Join us for an afternoon of praise, fellowship, and reflection as we honor these women and celebrate our shared heritage. Luncheon provided for all attendees.
