This event is a special THANK YOU to our amazing parents and guardians for your continued support, partnership, and dedication to our scholars!

Join us Friday, October 2nd from 7:00 AM–8:00 AM during morning drop-off for a hot cup of coffee, delicious pastries, and a little appreciation from CASSA. Scholars are welcome to participate when accompanied by their parent or guardian.

CASSA Families 💜💛

Reminder: There will be NO SCHOOL for students on Monday, September 28th.

Families are encouraged to use the extended weekend to help scholars recharge while also keeping their minds active! 📚 Please consider setting aside a little time for reading, practicing math facts, reviewing vocabulary, writing, or another academic activity at home.

Most importantly, encourage scholars to get plenty of rest and prepare for the week ahead. As we move further into the school year, scholars will begin diving deeper into their curriculum, and being well rested, prepared, and ready to learn will help set them up for success.💛

Our scholars are encouraged to come dressed to impress in their best formal attire! Gentlemen, grab those dress shirts, ties, bow ties, and dress shoes. Ladies, bring out those beautiful dresses, skirts, dressy outfits, and accessories!

CASSA Families, tomorrow, Friday, September 18th, our K–5 scholars can show off their creativity for Wacky Sock Day! 💜💛

👕 IMPORTANT: Scholars must still arrive in their FULL CASSA UNIFORM. The ONLY part of the uniform that should be wacky is their SOCKS! 🧦✨

Crazy colors, fun patterns, mismatched socks—let those socks stand out while keeping the rest of the uniform school-ready!

Today’s Fathers Walk was a beautiful reminder of just how much it means when our fathers and father figures SHOW UP! 👏🏾

To every dad, grandfather, stepfather, uncle, mentor, and father figure who took the time to walk alongside our scholars today THANK YOU! Your presence does not go unnoticed. The time, love, guidance, and support you pour into our children make a lasting impact.

Never underestimate the power of simply being present. Every walk, every conversation, every word of encouragement, and every moment spent supporting a child helps build confidence and creates memories they will carry with them for years to come. 💜

Today, our scholars got to see that they have men in their corner who are proud of them, believe in them, and are committed to seeing them succeed.

Fathers, step-fathers, grandfathers, brothers, uncles, and other positive father figures are encouraged to walk your scholar to school tomorrow morning and help us show our students just how supported they are!

CASSA families, we’re excited for another fun PBIS incentive for our scholars in grades K–8! 🎉

Scholars who have maintained good attendance and have NO referrals will receive a ticket to participate in Wacky Sock Day! 🧦✨

🚌 IMPORTANT: Absences related to bus transportation issues will NOT affect a scholar’s eligibility to participate in this incentive.

We understand that transportation challenges are outside of our families’ control, and we still want to recognize our scholars for their attendance efforts and positive behavior! 💜💛

Have your scholar pull out their craziest, brightest, mismatched socks and get ready to have some fun! 🤪🧦🌟

And remember, there will be MORE opportunities throughout the school year for scholars and classes to earn exciting PBIS rewards and celebrations!

CASSA families, it’s time to celebrate some of our amazing scholars! 🎉

A HUGE congratulations to Ms. Young’s 3rd Grade Class, Ms. Perry’s 2nd Grade Class, and Ms. Clark Bey’s 8th Grade Class! 🏆 These classes have maintained great attendance and great behavior throughout our first month of school and have earned a special PBIS Picnic in the Park Celebration! 🌳🧺
