The Congresswoman Shontel Brown Cross the Finish Line Scholarship is designed for adult learners in Ohio’s 11th Congressional District who are ready to return and finish what they started. In honor of Louis Stokes, Stephanie Tubbs Jones and Marcia Fudge, three students will each receive a $2,000 scholarship toward completing an associate or first bachelor’s degree.
