Delta State University's Dance Team performs with the Pride of the Delta Marching Band at DSU Football & Basketball games! [email protected] Mrs.
The Delta State Delta Belles began in 1957 under the leadership of Band Director Ralph Franklin. Dorothy Franklin assisted in the training. They were a group of twenty-six dancing majorettes and performed precision dance and march steps along with the Delta State College band. Now the Delta Belles can be seen dancing with the Pride of the Delta at every home football game, performing fun routines at student pep-rallies, and marching in DSU and community parades.

Our Spring 2018 auditions will be held on Friday, December 8th at Jobe Auditorium. Beginning at 9 a.m., participants will be taught a routine and be expected to perform different technical elements. We hope to see you all there!
We are a tight knit group who love to dance and have a blast while doing so! Being able to perform for the Delta State community is something we all have a passion for and invite you all to join us!

We were SO excited to break in our new uniforms AND the new turf in Parker Field-McCool Stadium this past Saturday!
This game was made so much better when our Statesmen beat Chowan University 42-13!
