Alcorn State University Bolivar County Alumni Association

Bolivar County Braves, Ardeltru Dixon and Billie K. Griffin, took time to attend Cleveland Central High School’s Signing Day today as they watched five students sign to attend Alcorn State University. The students are: Abrea Anderson, Chrishya Sutton, Kameron Williams, Zariahanna Taylor, and Zaryah Horton.

Former Mr. Alcorn, Kendrick Walker, Jr., also graced them with his presence.

Our chapter has lost a jewel of a member in Bettye Mosley. Dedicated, hardworking, and most definitely a diehard Bolivar County Brave! Bettye will be missed. 💜💛💜💛

As a mentor and dear friend, she saw abilities in me that I hadn't recognized myself. Bettye Mosley was a blessing to everyone she met and a loyal friend.
