We are pleased to introduce Reagan (Philbeck) Allen ‘25 as our newest team member. Reagan will serve as the Annual Fund Coordinator, building meaningful relationships with our alumni and friends while garnering impactful support for our students as we build a greater future for Lee U.
She graduated from Lee in December 2025 with her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with an emphasis in American Government, along with a minor in Biblical and Theological Studies.
Reagan also brings government and public policy experience with her through high level internships with U.S. Senator Marsha Blackburn’s Office in both Washington, D.C., and Chattanooga, Tenn.
While at Lee, Reagan served as a student worker for Dr. Murray in the Office of the Provost and as an assistant to Dr. Mark Scully.
Beyond her professional experience, Reagan and her husband, Josh, demonstrate a strong commitment to their faith serving as Youth and College Ministry Leaders at North Cleveland Church of God where they mentor students, facilitate small groups, coordinate ministry activities and plan service projects.
